We understand that glass vases are fragile, so we prioritize professional packaging to ensure a seamless customer experience. If you receive a broken item, please contact our office immediately for a replacement or refund. We ask that you do not file a defective claim on Amazon, as the damage is likely due to carrier transit rather than a product defect.

To ensure the longevity and clarity of your glass pieces, we recommend hand-washing them in warm, soapy water, followed by a rinse and drying with a lint-free cloth. For optimal finish and clarity, you can use a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water, let it stand for a few hours, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Please note that our glass products should not be cleaned in a dishwasher or used in microwaves or conventional ovens.
